Stennis International Airpark, a U.S. Customs Port of Entry, consists of 100 acres accessible by State Highway 603 and Interstate 10. Stennis International Airport, adjacent to the airpark, has the second longest runway in the state (8,500 feet) and over 340,000 square feet of surfaced aprons and taxiways, including a maintenance and storage hanger. Plans have been drawn up for the construction of additional T-hangers to serve owners of small aircraft.
The airpark's main access road is 24 feet wide, and all roads are designed for the state weight limit. Utilities available are electricity, water, sewage and natural gas. Elevation at the airpark rises to 22 feet. Land at the airpark is available for lease or sale. The Port and Harbor Commission has funds available for infrastructure improvements such as the construction of additional warehouse space. Stennis Flight Line Services offers 100 LL aviation gasoline and jet fuel. The Port and Harbor Commission can secure financial incentives from the State of Mississippi to assist tenants of the Stennis International Airpark.
